RUNNING UP THAT HILL
No it wasn’t a tune from Kate Bush as manager Lee Spalding travelled to Coate Water on his bike this morning where he met the players for a training session!
The players were then put through a short workout with a couple of laps of the Coate Water Country park before a gruelling session of sprints up and down the ‘huge hill’ at the park.
