Gosport Borough v Marine Preview:

We head back out on our travels this Saturday afternoon as we visit the South Coast to take on Gosport, kick off 3:00pm. Marine will be looking for a return to the form that saw them undefeated in five games prior to last weekend’s defeat at the hands of Dorchester Town where they lost ground to their opponents, and if they’re to do it, it will have to be with some style as they take on promotion chasing Gosport Borough.

With a Having not played a league fixture since November 29, our hosts did manage a 4-1 win over Havant & Waterlooville in the Russell Cotes Cup on Monday evening, with Gosport Coach Joseph Lea telling his clubs media team: “It’s been nice of us to have a break from League football, and we should have players in good physical condition for the game.

“For us, it’s a case of coming back refreshed and almost wanting to impose ourselves on the game. We’re going to be at home and we’ve been getting really good support – good crowds here, so we just want to impose ourselves and keep our good run of form going and get back to controlling games.”
