Harrow Borough v Marine Preview

Match Preview from Mike Wray

We’re back on our travels with our latest trip along the M4 to London, as we visit Harrow Borough at The Rogers Family Stadium, kick off 3pm.

Harrow Borough 18th P28-W7-D5-L8 38Pts
Marine 7th P25-W13-D5-L8 44pts

Marine overcame Wednesday’s difficult hurdle with the narrowest of wins to make it six games unbeaten as they head to Harrow on Saturday afternoon, for another tricky encounter against the Reds. Having faced our hosts twice already this season, both at the Webbswood Stadium, their league position belies their ability and like Hartley Wintney, will be anything but ready to roll over and accept a defeat.

A creditable draw on the road in Salisbury midweek, meant that the side bounced back from a disappointing 2-0 loss at fellow strugglers North Leigh at the weekend, and having picked up a 1-0 victory over Beaconsfield Town at the start of the month coupled with a draw at Winchester City, they are showing the fighting spirit expected of a team looking to retain their place in the division.

Marine leading goalscorer: Harry Williams / 25 league goals
