Loanees Commit to Marine
Swindon Supermarine Head Coach Stuart Fleetwood is delighted to confirm that goalkeeper Conor Brann and striker Dave Sims-Burgess have both agreed deals keeping them at the Webbswood Stadium for the remainder of the 2023/24 campaign.
Conor arrived in SN3 at the end of September 2023 from our League Two neighbours Swindon Town in what was a three-month loan deal and has been a key part our defensive line, making 15 appearances out of the 16 games played since, missing only the Wiltshire Premier Shield win at Melksham Town. he has now signed an loan extension until the end of the season.
Dave meanwhile, joined the club from National League South side Taunton Town at the start of November 2023 on an initial one-month loan deal but having enjoyed his time in Wiltshire, it was extended each month and he has gone on to make 11 appearances, scoring an incredible 9 goals so far. He has now left Taunton and has signed for Marine on a permanent basis.
With both players impressing since joining the club, the Head Coach and his team have been working hard in the last few weeks to ensure both players remain at the club and we would like to thank both players and their parent clubs Swindon Town and Taunton Town for their assistance in getting the signings completed.
