Swindon Supermarine are delighted to confirm that on-loan Forest Green Rovers goalkeeper, Fiachra Pagel, has signed a loan extension with Marine until the end of the season.

Coming in last minute at the tail end of last month, Pag’s has instantly become a fans favourite at the club, after producing a string of fine saves in all five of his appearances so far.

The 20-year-old has been nominated by head coach Stuart Fleetwood as a player of the match contender in four of his five games, and actually picking up the award in the two games against Chesham United and Harrow Borough.

Further to Pag’s picking up two man of the match awards, we are pleased to announce he has also won our Judi Moore Personal Travel sponsored Player Of The Month award for February too.

We are grateful to Forest Green for allowing Fiachra to continue his development here at the Webbswood Stadium.
