Edgy Retained for 2024/25

Swindon Supermarine are delighted to confirm that Jamie Edge has committed to the club for the upcoming season, and will also be taking on a player-coach role at the club.

Midfielder Edgy has made 195 appearances in his time at the club, and whilst last season was hit with injury, he is back and raring to go for the upcoming campaign.

As a fans favourite, Stuart Fleetwood was delighted to get the deal over the line and told club media “I wanted Jamie to remain at the club in some capacity. As a player he has a lot to offer with his detail of passing and communication. Adding to this he has all the attributes of a good coach, I’m delighted he’s taken the opportunity to progress with us.”

Edgy becomes the first player to commit to Marine for next season, and there will be further player news over the next few days and weeks.
