Profile
Dave joined Marine on loan at the start of November 2023 from Taunton Town and made the move permanently in early January after his release from Taunton having signed for them at the start of the 2022/23 season and was their leading goalscorer with ten goals in his first season.
He had joined Taunton from Bath City and prior to that he was also leading scorer at Yate Town where he played a key part in their 2021/22 promotion winning campaign to the Premier Division South.
Dave was a product of the youth system at Filton College and his first club was Chipping Sodbury Town where he spent two seasons and helped them gain promotion to the Western League before he secured a move to Southern League side Paulton Rovers for the 2017/18 season.
Dave then moved to Yate Town the following year where he finished as the Bluebells top scorer before returning to Paulton Rovers and scoring 16 goals. He then headed back to Lodge Road, Yate for a second spell and impressive displays grabbed the attention of Bath City who snapped him up in November 2021 and he joined Taunton the following summer.
He played a huge part in our Premier Division South survival last season with 15 vital goals and has now signed a contract extension until May 2025 with Marine.
