Joe was signed in mid-October 2022 from Yate Town. Before joining Yate Town for the start of the 2020/21 season his previous clubs included Hereford, Chippenham Town, Frome Town and Larkhall Athletic.
Joe is an attacking midfield player with an eye for goal and has an excellent delivery from free-kicks, having scored a number of goals for Yate and his previous clubs.
He has signed a contract that will keep him with Marine until May 2024.
