Toby signed for Marine in July 2024 from Southern League Division One South side Bishops Cleeve where he scored over 20 goals for them from midfield.
He started his career at Swindon Town in the Academy before being released and signed for Highworth Town in 2022.
He then left Highworth to join Cinderford Town in 2023 before joining Bishops Cleeve at the start of last season.
